Terms & Conditions – Tulum Photo

Welcome to Tulum Photo. By booking a photo session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Service Scope

• Tulum Photo provides photography sessions in and around Tulum, Mexico.

• Packages, locations, and inclusions are detailed on our website and booking platforms.

• Any additional services (extra time, outfit changes, special props, drone shots) must be requested in advance and may involve additional costs.

2. Booking & Payment

• Reservations are confirmed once full payment or a deposit (as stated in the booking system) is received.

• Payment methods: [credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].

• Prices are in USD (or MXN if specified) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations

• • More than 72 hours before the session: Full refund minus any transaction fees.

  • 72–24 hours before the session: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: No refund.
    
    

Weather Conditions

• • Sessions may be rescheduled in case of extreme weather. Light rain or cloudy skies are not valid reasons for cancellation.

  • If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, a full refund will be issued.

Photographer Cancellations

• • If Tulum Photo cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule once free of charge if done more than 48 hours before the session.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee of [X USD] unless due to weather or emergencies approved by Tulum Photo.

5. Arrivals & Delays

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will reduce the total shooting time.

• If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled without refund.
  
  

6. Delivery of Photos

• Edited photos will be delivered digitally via [gallery link, email, etc.] within [3-5] business days.

• Raw/unedited images are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

• Final selection and editing style are at the photographer’s discretion.
  
  

7. Usage Rights

• Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights to the delivered images.

• Commercial use (advertising, resale, brand promotions) requires written permission and may involve an additional fee.

• Tulum Photo reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session.
  
  

8. Refund Policy for Products

• All products are delivered digitally.

• Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

• We do not offer physical products such as prints, albums, or frames.

9. Liability

• Tulum Photo is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the session.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for shooting at private locations.
