Welcome to Tulum Photo. By booking a photo session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Service Scope

Tulum Photo provides photography sessions in and around Tulum, Mexico.

In general, our services include:

  • Professional photography during the scheduled session time.
  • Guidance on poses, locations, and best lighting.
  • Curated and edited digital images delivered via gallery.

Our services do not include:

  • Transportation to or from the meeting point.
  • Parking spots or payment of parking fees.
  • Entrance fees (cenotes, beach clubs, private venues).
  • Hair, makeup, or styling services unless agreed in writing.

Additional services (extra time, outfit changes, props, drone shots) must be requested in advance and may involve additional costs.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations are confirmed once full payment or deposit is received.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or similar methods.
  • Prices are listed in MXN (Mexican Pesos) because Tulum Photo operates in Mexico. For your convenience, international platforms and processors (including Stripe) may display equivalent prices in USD.
  • You can pay normally with any international card — your bank automatically converts the amount. The final secure charge is always processed in MXN.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before the session: full refund (minus fees).
  • 72–24 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

Weather

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe.
  • Clouds or light rain do not qualify for cancellation.
  • If rescheduling is impossible, a full refund is issued.

Photographer

If Tulum Photo must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Rescheduling

  • One free reschedule if requested more than 48 hours in advance.
  • Requests within 48 hours may incur a fee unless weather or emergencies apply.

5. Arrivals & Delays

  • Please arrive on time.
  • Late arrivals reduce total shooting time.
  • For standard sessions, arriving 30+ minutes late is considered a no-show.
  • For 30-minute experiences, the maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. Arriving 15 minutes late or more is considered a no-showwith no refund.

6. Delivery of Photos

  • Edited photos delivered digitally within ~3–5 business days.
  • Raw/unedited files are not included unless agreed in writing.
  • Editing style is at the photographer’s discretion.

7. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive full personal and commercial usage rights — including brand use, ads, campaigns, collaborations, and promotional materials.
  • Tulum Photo may use images for promotional purposes (website, social media, ads).
  • If you prefer your images to not be used in any promotional way, you may request this in writing before or during the session. Tulum Photo will fully respect your request and will not use your photos for any purpose.

8. Refund Policy for Digital Products

  • All products are delivered digitally.
  • Digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
  • No physical items are included unless stated otherwise.

9. Liability

  • Tulum Photo is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost items.
  • Clients must follow location rules and safety guidelines.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining location permissions if required.
